Tony is a healthcare entrepreneur with over four decades of experience building industry-defining companies. He founded MiraMed Global Services and scaled it from a single client into an international leader with 8,000 employees, ultimately acquired by Veritas Capital. Beyond MiraMed, Tony has advised and served on boards of healthcare technology startups and academic institutions. At Cainex, he leverages a track record of scaling organizations and driving transformative growth to build the next operating system for clinical operations.

Uriah completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Caltech, where he worked on applied machine learning. He earned his PhD in Applied Physics from the University of Michigan, where he specialized in computational modeling and the study of complex systems. As CTO of Cainex, Uriah leads the design of robust AI infrastructure, applying scientific rigor and systems-level thinking to bring reliable, autonomous AI into clinical operations.

Yisong is a Professor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences at Caltech and a world leading expert in machine learning and artificial intelligence. As a founding advisor to Cainex, he plays a hands-on role in shaping the company’s agentic AI architecture and product roadmap.

Sue served as Chief Operating Officer at MiraMed, a global BPO solutions company, for over 43 years. She has extensive experience in end-to-end RCM and applying automation solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Keight Hughitt Serves as a Founding Engineer of CaineX. Previously, Keith was a postdoctoral research fellow at the National Cancer Institute. Keith received a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from the University of Maryland.

Manu holds a PhD from Caltech, where his research spanned machine learning, topology, and genomics. As a founder engineer at Cainex, he brings deep technical expertise, and research rigor to building intelligent, agentic systems that operate reliably in real-world clinical environments.

Gen blends UX strategy, visual systems, and front-end execution to bring agentic AI to life in clinical workflows. She’s designed platforms used by hundreds of thousands, led design for AI-first startups backed by top investors, and now drives product experience at Cainex to make expert-level AI feel intuitive, trustworthy, and indispensable.
